Systems Engineer I - Guidance, Navigation, and Control (Onsite)
This engineer will join RTX’s Processing, Guidance & Control organization and contribute to the design, analysis, integration, and testing of GNC capabilities for current and future missile systems. Work may include aerodynamic modeling, six-degree-of-freedom simulation, embedded software and firmware collaboration, sensor and navigation algorithms, and system or subsystem test evaluation. The position is suited to a recent STEM graduate with practical exposure to programming, modeling, controls, dynamics, estimation, or signal processing through coursework, projects, research, or internships. Success requires teamwork, clear communication, organization, and the ability to support shared technical objectives in an integrated engineering environment. The role is onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance before starting.
