Facilities Water/Waste Treatment Engineer(IWS)
The engineer will support Intel’s Facilities organization by managing liquid industrial wastewater and industrial water treatment systems at the Phoenix site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting treatment technologies, analyzing samples, coordinating with laboratories and utility partners, and ensuring equipment, supplies, and testing processes remain effective. The role also involves preparing reports, managing sampling costs, improving analytical methods, and maintaining operating standards and procedures. It suits a chemical engineer with practical exposure to water treatment, environmental regulations, and analytical instrumentation who enjoys structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should also be comfortable communicating technical findings to both engineering teams and nontechnical stakeholders while prioritizing safety and sustainability.
