Foundry Site Quality Program Manager

This position owns site-level quality performance reporting and leads initiatives that reduce risks, prevent manufacturing excursions, and deliver lasting corrective actions. The program manager partners with factory teams and cross-functional stakeholders, facilitates quality meetings, and supports improvement teams across assembly operations. As the site auditor, the role oversees ISO 9000/IATF certification activities and internal audits while helping establish a stronger quality culture. It also contributes to quality management system readiness for new technology certification and ongoing improvement of quality metrics. The role suits an experienced semiconductor engineer with strong quality-management expertise and knowledge of packaging, assembly, test, or fab operations.

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical, Chemical, Material Science Engineering, Physics, or related field3+ years technical experience in semiconductor industry with expertise in Quality Management tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, change control)Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO 9000, IATF certification)Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques and fab operations (preferred)Post-fab process knowledge in assembly and test operations (preferred)Experience with model-based problem solving (preferred)
