The Digital Program Lead serves as the primary digital transformation partner for Naval Power and Shipboard Missiles program leadership. This position develops the digital technology roadmap, coordinates cross-functional execution, and resolves complex issues from program startup through sustainment. Responsibilities include managing metrics, financials, staffing, EVMS, annual operating plans, and compliance with defense cybersecurity and infrastructure requirements. The lead also supports engineering and proposal activities while directing digital personnel, Agile initiatives, and external partners. This opportunity suits an experienced Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager, or digital transformation leader who can influence senior stakeholders and manage complex aerospace and defense programs.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ yearsActive, transferable DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenshipExperience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager leading cross-functional teamsExperience managing program risks, costs, performance, staffing, and financialsKnowledge of software development, systems integration, DevOps, testing, or continuous improvementAbility to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona five days per week
