Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Senior Lithography Reticle Engineer

As a Senior Lithography Reticle Engineer, you'll drive continuous improvements in reticle and mask shop operations within Intel's Ocotillo Technology Fabrication facility. You'll own reticle quality monitoring, equipment matching, and defect prevention while applying model-based problem solving to optimize processes across safety, yield, and affordability dimensions. The role requires deep expertise in mask processing, photo-induced defect detection, and advanced imaging techniques, with responsibilities spanning tool installation, process parameter optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with yield and equipment teams. You'll mentor junior engineers, set cultural standards for a results-driven environment, and contribute to developing solutions for next-generation technology nodes including Intel 18A.
