Senior Member of Technical Staff (CMP) Engineer

This senior technical role focuses on owning CMP process development and optimization across Intel's most advanced logic technologies (18A, Intel 3, Intel 12nm), requiring leadership in process development, cross-node standardization, and manufacturing readiness. The position sits within the Manufacturing Development Customer Engineering organization, which accelerates technology ramp and manufacturing excellence by bridging development and production. The engineer will collaborate across multiple functional teams including Integration, Device, Yield, Factory, and Quality while mentoring junior staff and engaging with external suppliers.
