Senior Member of Technical Staff (CMP) Engineer

This engineer will own CMP module development from early process work through high-volume manufacturing across Intel’s advanced technology nodes. The position sits within Manufacturing Development Customer Engineering, helping connect technology development with factory execution and foundry customer needs. Responsibilities include resolving complex yield issues, standardizing practices across nodes, improving process capability, and working with suppliers on equipment and consumables. Requirements

Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field7+ years semiconductor manufacturing/process development experience4+ years direct CMP process development with hands-on process tuning and characterizationExperience with major CMP equipment platforms (AMAT, Ebara, etc.)Knowledge of CMP consumables (slurries, pads, conditioning disks, filters)Previous semiconductor foundry experience
