Foundry Site Quality Program Engineer
This engineer will work within Intel’s Foundry Quality, Reliability, and Labs organization, overseeing site audits and driving structured quality improvement programs. Responsibilities include coaching audit personnel, managing audit schedules, identifying process weaknesses, and supporting certification efforts for emerging technologies. The position also facilitates factory quality reviews and partners with packaging quality teams to spread effective practices and establish standards. Success requires influencing factory leaders, engineers, and technicians to manage risks and resolve quality excursions with lasting corrective actions. It suits an organized, independent quality professional with semiconductor or advanced packaging experience, strong analytical ability, and confidence communicating across technical and organizational levels.
