Senior Applications and Solutions Engineer - Foundry Services

This role focuses on supporting Intel Foundry Services customers through the complete ASIC design process, from PDK guidance to design implementation and verification. The engineer will be responsible for hands-on ASIC design execution with specialized knowledge in multi-voltage domain designs, power gating implementations, and advanced verification methodologies using industry-standard tools. The position also involves improving design kit quality through validation, creating technical documentation, and delivering training to both customers and internal teams. This role suits experienced ASIC design engineers who combine deep technical expertise in low-power design with strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary design challenges.

Requirements

US Citizenship with ability to obtain US Government Security ClearanceBachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or STEM field4+ years experience with advanced CMOS processes (16nm and below)3+ years ASIC design experience in low-power, multi-voltage domain implementations3+ years scripting experience (Python, Perl, Tcl, or shell)Hands-on expertise in UPF/CPF implementation and VCLP/Conformal LP power-intent verification
