The Principal Specialist in Estimating and Pricing leads the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of mission-critical financial systems like ProPricer that enable accurate cost proposals across RTX's aerospace and defense business. The position sits within the System Strategy & Data Analytics group, where it bridges technology and finance by developing automation tools, designing workflows, and building data models that streamline proposal development. Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 3+ years experienceDemonstrated expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Query, Apps, and/or Automate)Professional background in a finance-related roleU.S. Citizenship required for government contract complianceStrong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel proficiency and cost modeling experience preferred
