This leadership position is responsible for establishing Intel's go-to-market strategy for custom ASIC and silicon solutions by building a world-class sales team and identifying high-value opportunities with major hyperscalers, OEMs, automotive companies, and other large-scale buyers. The leader will develop customer relationships at the executive level, manage intricate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and work cross-functionally to ensure Intel's custom solutions remain competitive and profitable. The role requires someone who can combine external market credibility with internal influence, shape Intel's long-term competitive position in custom silicon, and operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed environment while handling global travel and managing complex negotiations.
