This leader will establish the worldwide go-to-market strategy for custom ASIC engagements and oversee opportunity development across hyperscalers, OEMs, automotive companies, communications firms, and other large silicon buyers. They will build and manage a geographically distributed team, guide strategic account planning, and lead complex pursuits from customer discovery through commercial negotiation and investment approval. The position sits within Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group and requires close collaboration with engineering, product, finance, and executive leadership to shape competitive and profitable solutions. It also involves bringing market intelligence into portfolio planning and improving Intel’s position in the ASIC ecosystem. The role suits an accomplished semiconductor sales executive with strong technical knowledge, senior customer relationships, financial judgment, and experience developing teams and long-cycle business.
