Human Engineer

This position supports Boeing Defense, Space & Security by integrating operator and maintainer needs into the development of advanced aerospace systems. The engineer will establish human-centered system requirements, conduct user research and workload assessments, evaluate prototypes, and document engineering processes and results. The work involves collaboration with engineering and program teams and may include occasional travel or after-hours support. Candidates with backgrounds in engineering, computer science, psychology, cognitive science, or related technical fields may be well suited, particularly those familiar with military standards, human system integration, usability methods, or defense programs. The role is fully onsite in Mesa and requires U.S. Person status for export-control compliance.
