First Line Manufacturing Manager

This manager will oversee a cross-functional manufacturing team responsible for fabrication work across multiple disciplines and locations. They will set operational strategies, manage staffing and resources, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and guide improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development. The position supports proprietary aerospace programs within Boeing Defense, Space and Security and requires adaptability, strong communication, and effective leadership in a fast-paced setting. It may involve up to 10% travel and requires completion of a pre-employment assessment. The opportunity is well suited to manufacturing leaders with experience in fabrication or assembly, lean practices, and production improvement, particularly those familiar with composite work and security-controlled programs.
