Module Development Engineer
The engineer will define and deliver dry etch technologies that support current manufacturing operations and emerging semiconductor architectures. Responsibilities include process integration, equipment and materials development, feasibility studies, data-driven optimization, and creation of long-term technology roadmaps. Working within Intel Foundry’s global manufacturing organization, the role partners with integration, device, yield, equipment, and supplier teams to turn research concepts into scalable production solutions. It is suited to a highly experienced semiconductor process leader with deep expertise in plasma etch, advanced device structures, statistical analysis, and technology strategy. The role also calls for someone able to influence broadly, mentor senior engineers, and provide technical direction without relying on formal management authority.
