Manufacturing Technician Night Shift 6

This technician will work within Intel’s Advanced Packaging Technology Development organization, supporting substrate packaging and wafer assembly manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring production data, adjusting equipment settings, running manufacturing lots, and performing setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role also contributes to process improvements, engineering experiments, equipment changes, training coordination, and resolution of unusual production events. The technician will participate in safety forums and emergency response activities while helping maintain reliable operations. This position suits candidates with technical manufacturing, equipment maintenance, military technical, or STEM education backgrounds who can work an alternating overnight schedule and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

Associate degree in a STEM field, or qualifying technical/manufacturing experienceAt least 1 year of technical certification or equipment maintenance experience, or 1.5 years of manufacturing or military technical experienceAbility to troubleshoot, operate, install, or repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferredWillingness to work 6:00 PM–6:18 AM on an alternating 3-day/4-day scheduleAbility to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, and wear an air respirator when requiredParticipation in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities
