Facilities LSS Engineer

This role focuses on the comprehensive management of Life Safety Systems that protect Intel facilities and personnel. You will own the full lifecycle of safety systems including fire and evacuation systems, hazardous material detection, and automated alarm systems, while programming and troubleshooting industrial controllers. The position requires balancing independent technical work with cross-functional collaboration, providing on-call support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role suits experienced controls engineers with a strong foundation in safety systems, regulatory standards, and hands-on PLC programming who want to have a direct impact on facility safety and operational reliability.
