Facilities Life Safety Systems (LSS) Engineer
This engineer owns the lifecycle of systems such as fire and evacuation equipment, smoke and liquid-leak detection, tool annunciation, and hazardous-material alarms. The position supports facility projects and daily operations by programming and troubleshooting PLC-based controls, maintaining technical records, and managing improvement initiatives. The engineer works within a cross-functional facilities and engineering organization and may provide off-shift or on-call coverage. It suits an independent, safety-focused professional who can communicate effectively with technicians, engineers, and leadership. The role is based onsite in Phoenix and requires U.S. citizenship, relevant engineering education, and substantial controls and life-safety experience.
