AIM-9X Obsolescence Program Manager

This position serves as the central integrator for obsolescence management within Raytheon’s AIM-9X program, reporting to the Production Program Manager. The role evaluates component and supplier alerts, develops options such as alternate parts, redesigns, or lifetime buys, and drives resolution with engineering, supply chain, subcontractors, and government stakeholders. It also manages DMSMS records, budgets, bills of material, risk escalations, review packages, and customer communications. The position suits an experienced program or project manager who can analyze technical supply risks, prepare cost and management documentation, and influence diverse teams in a production or sustainment environment. An active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, along with onsite work in Tucson, Arizona.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experiencePrior program and project management experienceExperience preparing cost proposals, BOEs, or gate packagesProficiency with program management tools such as IPDS/RLPMExperience with DMSMS/obsolescence management, EVMS, or risk managementActive and transferable Secret level security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
