Senior Cleans Equipment Engineer

This engineer will own the performance and availability of cleans manufacturing equipment, including wet benches and scrubber tracks, while addressing recurring failures and defect sources. The position sits within Front End Operations and works closely with manufacturing, process engineering, technicians, and cross-functional improvement teams. Responsibilities include equipment installation, maintenance procedure development, technician training, specification writing, capacity planning, and support for technology development. The engineer will use equipment data and Six Sigma or lean methods to reduce scrap, improve utilization, and create effective corrective action plans. It suits an experienced semiconductor equipment professional who is analytical, hands-on, self-directed, and comfortable presenting technical issues and solutions to varied audiences.
