Material Program Manager

This onsite position supports the SM-3 IIA development portfolio by translating program needs into effective material strategies and ensuring readiness for production. The manager oversees procurement planning, estimates at completion, schedules, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier performance, and material-related risks and opportunities. Working in a matrixed organization, the role partners with program and functional leaders and helps guide awards through required review gates. It is well suited to an experienced supply chain or materials professional who can manage budgets, coordinate suppliers, use performance metrics, and resolve issues proactively. Candidates with developmental engineering program, project management, and supplier experience are especially desirable.
