SM-3 Obsolescence and Engineering Services Associate Director

This leader oversees a portfolio of development and diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages activities within Raytheon’s Shipboard Missiles organization. They coordinate development, obsolescence management, and production teams to protect cost, schedule, quality, technical performance, product affordability, and delivery commitments. The position includes responsibility for profit and loss, annual operating plans, risk and opportunity management, contract execution, workforce leadership, and growth strategy. It also requires close collaboration with SM-3 leadership, the Missile Defense Agency, the Navy, and other customer organizations to shape requirements and future acquisitions.
