Machine Operator - Night Shift

This position supports the operation of an industrial recycling facility that processes metals using shredders, crushers, balers, sorters, and related equipment. The operator will load materials, monitor production, inspect output, perform cleaning and safety checks, and escalate or resolve routine equipment problems. The role involves close coordination with fellow operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors to keep plant activities running efficiently. It suits someone with manufacturing, machine operation, or metal recycling experience who has strong mechanical awareness and can work safely in a physically demanding, noisy, dusty environment. Candidates must be comfortable working exclusively on the night shift and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
