Machine Operator

This position supports metal recycling operations by operating equipment such as shredders, crushers, balers, sorters, and conveyors. The operator handles incoming and processed materials, checks product quality, performs cleaning and routine maintenance, and escalates mechanical or safety issues when needed. The role works closely with fellow operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently. It suits someone comfortable with physical industrial work, safety procedures, outdoor or variable conditions, and a noisy plant environment. Candidates must be able to meet the stated lifting, mobility, vision, screening, and work authorization requirements.
