Plant Operator

This position supports Cyclic Materials’ Arizona operations, helping process and recover materials used in the company’s rare earth recycling activities. The operator may run production machinery, assist with machine operation, move and sort materials, and maintain a clean and functional work area. Daily work requires careful adherence to safety procedures, use of protective equipment, and basic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment. The role suits someone with manufacturing, mining, metals recycling, or other heavy-industrial experience who is mechanically capable and comfortable with physically demanding outdoor and plant conditions. Applicants should also be prepared for variable shifts and to obtain forklift certification as needed.
