Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will support the Arizona Spoke Plant from detailed process development through startup, ramp-up, and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities include modeling mass and energy balances, developing feedstock and control strategies, evaluating equipment and materials, conducting safety reviews, and assessing capital and operating costs. The engineer will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Process Technology, suppliers, engineering partners, and downstream facilities to improve throughput and reliability. The position also contributes to failure investigations, corrective actions, operator support, and future plant design initiatives. It suits a chemical, metallurgical, or mineral-processing engineer with several years of relevant industrial experience who can work independently in a fast-moving commissioning and startup environment.
