Senior Manager – PDE Section Leader, Mechanical Engineering – Test Solutions (Onsite – Tucson, AZ)

This position manages a team of approximately 10–20 mechanical engineering professionals supporting development, verification, qualification, production transition, and customer acceptance activities. The leader establishes objectives, evaluates performance, supports career growth, recruits and onboards staff, and helps maintain alignment with broader organizational priorities. Most of the role remains focused on program work, including system testing, troubleshooting, engineering health assessments, and coordination with program and technical leadership. It suits an experienced mechanical engineering manager who can operate in a customer-focused defense environment, communicate with senior stakeholders, and apply program controls to deliver results. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, and the position is performed onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
