The Systems Engineer I will join RTX’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization and contribute throughout the systems engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities may include defining requirements and interfaces, preparing test plans and review materials, integrating hardware and software, executing qualification and flight testing, and investigating system problems. The role also involves analyzing performance data, conducting trade studies, documenting results, and presenting findings to technical leaders and customers. It is fully onsite in Tucson, Arizona, with travel of up to approximately 25% to test sites, facilities, vendors, or customer locations.
