Mechanical Engineering Intern (Spring 2027)

This internship offers students the opportunity to apply mechanical engineering fundamentals to real semiconductor equipment and platform development projects. The intern will collaborate with mechanical and platform engineers throughout the product development process, gaining exposure to design, documentation, and release work. The role is part of ASM’s broader engineering organization and includes interaction with teams across manufacturing and laboratory functions. It is well suited to a currently enrolled mechanical engineering student who is interested in CAD, product design, and advanced technology. Curiosity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are important for success in this hands-on environment.
