Engineer II, Electrical Engineering

This engineer will lead electrical designs from early concepts through production release, including power systems, controls, sensors, cabling, interlocks, and system interfaces. The position supports prototype builds, verification testing, integration, failure investigations, and corrective actions to ensure equipment is safe, reliable, manufacturable, and serviceable. It works within a cross-functional semiconductor equipment organization alongside mechanical, process, controls, software, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service groups. The role suits an electrical engineer with experience in complex electromechanical or industrial systems who can make practical design decisions and communicate effectively across disciplines. Familiarity with electrical CAD, machinery-safety standards, semiconductor equipment, automation, or process-module technologies would be advantageous.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExperience designing and troubleshooting complex electromechanical electrical systemsKnowledge of circuit design, power distribution, grounding, shielding, sensors, actuators, and safety circuitsProficiency with electrical CAD tools for schematics and cable or harness designExperience with component qualification, prototype testing, verification, and root-cause analysisStrong technical documentation, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
