Sr. Systems Engineer - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer

This engineer will support current and future missile programs by designing and integrating embedded guidance, navigation, control, and signal-processing capabilities. Responsibilities include developing tactical flight code, conducting system-level studies, building and refining models, and evaluating performance through optimization and Monte Carlo analysis. The position works closely with software, firmware, simulation, and systems engineering teams in an Agile environment. It also involves mentoring engineers, coordinating technical priorities, and helping guide development plans and metrics. This opportunity is suited to an experienced systems or GNC engineer with missile, navigation, controls, modeling, or simulation expertise who can work onsite and obtain the required U.S. security clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, physics, mathematics, or related STEM field plus 5 years of relevant experienceGNC, signal processing, modeling, or simulation experienceExperience with missile systems and areas such as controls, dynamics, Kalman filters, navigation, or Monte Carlo analysisProficiency with tools or languages such as MATLAB, Python, C, or C++Experience leading or coordinating engineers in a technical or functional capacityU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance before starting
