Principal Specialist, FP&A- Budgets

This position sits within Raytheon’s FP&A Budgets organization and oversees budgeting activities for functions such as Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Contracts, and Strategy. The specialist will develop annual plans and forecasts, analyze monthly performance against budget, maintain historical and trend data, and prepare financial submissions and management reporting. The role also supports purchasing and invoice activities while ensuring compliance with accounting policies, cost standards, and internal controls. Success requires someone who can explain financial findings clearly, build relationships across the business, and manage competing priorities with limited supervision. It is well suited to an experienced finance professional with strong analytical judgment, business awareness, and experience working in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment.
