SM-6, Engineering Business Analyst, Active Secret Clearance Required, (Onsite)

This position sits within Raytheon’s Functional Finance organization and partners with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leadership. The analyst will help develop quarterly Estimates at Complete and monthly Latest Revised Estimates, assess risks and opportunities, track actual costs, and explain variances from plans. The role also involves using SAP, APEX, integrated master schedules, and management reporting tools to evaluate cost and schedule performance. Success requires independent judgment, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams while maintaining program financial commitments. It is well suited to an experienced finance, earned value, or program controls professional who holds an active Secret clearance and is comfortable working onsite in Tucson.
