This position supports the industrial engineering function for a portfolio of manufacturing factories, helping optimize labor, equipment, facility layouts, production flow, and capacity. The engineer will analyze operations, identify constraints, develop factory models and improvement proposals, and help integrate new products, technologies, and equipment. Success requires collaboration with operators, engineers, business leaders, and other stakeholders on projects involving continuous improvement, safety, ergonomics, obsolescence, and factory expansion. The role suits an early-career industrial, systems, or manufacturing engineer who is comfortable using data to influence decisions and lead work across teams. It is an onsite Tucson position requiring U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain the specified government clearances.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial, systems, manufacturing, or similar engineeringAt least 2 years of relevant experience unless holding an applicable master’s degreeExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, capacity modeling, facility design, or process optimizationAbility to obtain and maintain interim Secret and ATF clearancesStrong written, verbal, collaboration, and influencing skillsExperience with CAD, simulation, factory layout, or project management preferred
