This position leads and improves workplace ergonomics activities across industrial and office environments while helping the site meet applicable safety and environmental requirements. The analyst partners with employees and cross-functional teams to identify risks, implement prevention strategies, investigate incidents, and track corrective actions through completion. Responsibilities also include interpreting regulatory standards, analyzing safety performance trends, addressing employee questions, and presenting ergonomics guidance. The role suits an independent EH&S professional who can manage several projects, communicate effectively, and translate technical findings into practical workplace improvements. A candidate must be eligible for U.S. citizenship and hold or obtain a Secret security clearance, with ergonomic evaluation experience and professional certification potential preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years in EH&S fieldExperience conducting ergonomic evaluations in industrial and office settingsKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and other applicable regulatory standardsU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret-level security clearanceStrong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple initiativesPreference for AEP, CPE, or equivalent certification within 2 years
