Program Cost Controls Manager (M4)

This manager partners with program leadership, finance directors, and functional teams to control cost and schedule performance across multiple contracts. The role owns forecasting cycles, annual and long-range planning, earned value processes, financial reporting, and investment planning for new business and capture activities. It also contributes to proposals, gate reviews, contract negotiations, and business cases that support profitable program decisions. The successful candidate will improve controls and processes, communicate financial recommendations to senior stakeholders, and maintain reliable delivery of internal and customer requirements.
