Program Cost Controls Manager (M4)

This manager partners with program leadership, finance directors, and functional teams to control cost and schedule performance across multiple contracts. The role owns forecasting cycles, annual and long-range planning, earned value processes, financial reporting, and investment planning for new business and capture activities. It also contributes to proposals, gate reviews, contract negotiations, and business cases that support profitable program decisions. The successful candidate will improve controls and processes, communicate financial recommendations to senior stakeholders, and maintain reliable delivery of internal and customer requirements. This opportunity suits an experienced defense finance or program-controls leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, high visibility, multiple priorities, and team leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics with 8 years of financial management experience (or advanced degree with 5 years experience)Active and transferable Secret security clearance required on day 1; U.S. citizenship requiredDemonstrated experience in financial planning and program controlsExperience implementing Earned Value Management Systems and delivering IPMDAR/CSDR reportsStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills at all organizational levelsAbility to lead team of 3-4 analysts and drive process improvements
