Director, Operations Resiliency, Capacity Growth Office, Hybrid role
This director owns the resiliency and capacity-growth technology strategy for factory construction, expansion, commissioning, and ongoing improvement. The position leads cross-functional efforts spanning disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure redundancy, operational readiness, automation, robotics, IIoT, analytics, and digital twin capabilities. It works closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, cybersecurity, quality, and enterprise services to create reliable, data-driven production environments. The role also assesses risks across multiple major factory sites and drives investments that improve uptime, throughput, adaptability, and ramp-up speed. It suits an experienced manufacturing technology and transformation executive who can lead large multidisciplinary teams, manage enterprise-scale programs and budgets, brief senior stakeholders, and travel extensively to U.S. facilities.
