Senior Electrical Engineer, Video

This engineer will architect, design, test, and refine mixed-signal embedded electronics used in portable, battery-powered video systems and related accessories. The work spans processors, imaging, memory, power management, batteries, wired interfaces, sensors, and wireless connectivity, with responsibility extending from concept through production release. The engineer will coordinate with PCB, RF, firmware, manufacturing, and external design partners while using simulation, measurement, and hardware debugging to meet product and regulatory goals. They will also document designs, assess test results, and communicate technical decisions to project teams and leadership. This opportunity suits an experienced hands-on electrical engineer who can lead complex hardware programs, work independently across global teams, and mentor less-experienced engineers in a mission-driven product environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline7+ years designing embedded electronics for portable, battery-powered, high-speed systemsExpert proficiency with mixed-signal circuit design, PCB layout, and lab debugging toolsProven experience designing power delivery, RF transceivers, image sensors, and high-speed memory subsystemsStrong schematic design skills with OrCAD/Cadence and PCB collaboration experienceTrack record leading electronics design from concept to production and managing design partners
