DC Operator l (Onsite)

This position supports the daily flow of products and materials through Axon’s Phoenix distribution center, from receiving and storage through picking, packing, and shipment. The operator reports to the Senior Outbound Supervisor and works with multiple warehouse functions to meet operational priorities. Responsibilities include using warehouse systems and scanners, checking inventory, operating material-handling equipment, and following procedures for sensitive or hazardous materials. The role also contributes to safety, organization, continuous improvement, and onboarding less experienced coworkers. It would suit a dependable, detail-oriented warehouse professional who communicates well, works collaboratively, and is comfortable with hands-on onsite work.
