Electrical Component Engineer I (Onsite)

This engineer owns component strategy from early design through long-term product support, balancing cost, availability, technical performance, reliability, and supply-chain risk. The role evaluates manufacturers and components, supports engineering builds, develops alternate sources, manages bills of materials, and oversees product-change and end-of-life processes. It also contributes to commodity strategies, cost-reduction initiatives, internal component standards, compliance reporting, and database accuracy. The position suits an experienced electrical or component engineer who is comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and managing several fast-moving projects. Candidates should be analytical, organized, technically knowledgeable, and able to work independently in a changing NPI environment.
