Operations Program Manager (Onsite)

This position serves as the central Operations lead for assigned hardware programs, managing integrated plans and readiness across prototype, validation, pilot, and mass-production milestones. The manager will oversee material and supplier availability, manufacturing capacity, tooling, factory preparation, ERP data, product changes, and launch risk mitigation. Working across internal teams, contract manufacturers, and suppliers, the role drives decisions, resolves issues, and ensures critical deliverables are completed on schedule. It also supports engineering builds, captures lessons learned, and guides the handoff from new product introduction into stable ongoing production.
