Senior Salesforce Administrator I

This position sits on Axon’s Commercial Applications team and owns the reliability and evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud. The administrator will support users, manage access and data, coordinate environment deployments, and configure quoting, ordering, contracting, approvals, and related Revenue Cloud functionality. They will also investigate complex technical issues and ensure Salesforce works effectively with billing, ERP, order management, and subscription processes. Success requires close collaboration with Sales Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other business partners, along with strong documentation and training practices. The role is well suited to an experienced Salesforce administrator who combines technical problem-solving, operational discipline, and an interest in improving revenue processes.
