IT Support IV, Manufacturing Operations (Onsite)

This position serves as the senior IT escalation resource for Axon’s Pinnacle Peak manufacturing and warehouse facility, supporting production, shipping, logistics, and related remote locations when needed. The work includes troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, printers, shipping equipment, manufacturing peripherals, endpoint platforms, identity tools, and basic network connectivity. The role also partners with engineering and business teams on production launches, facility projects, onboarding workflows, security practices, inventory, and operational improvements. It offers opportunities to lead technical initiatives, mentor other technicians, and use incident and SLA data to improve service quality. It is well suited to an experienced enterprise IT support professional who is comfortable working onsite, responding under pressure, and operating in an environment where downtime directly affects production.
