Employee Enablement and Training Program Manager

This position sits within Axon’s Professional Services function and focuses on improving how Service, Support, and Training employees learn, practice, and reach proficiency. The manager will develop role-specific onboarding plans, competency frameworks, learning paths, and development experiences in partnership with team leaders and subject matter experts.
