Sr Technical Program Manager - Adoption and Enablement

This position owns enablement programs that help organizations successfully implement and continue using Axon Fusus. The manager will create role-based learning materials, deliver technical and operational training, and coordinate with product, engineering, deployment, and enablement teams to improve adoption. The role also supports quality checks, escalations, readiness assessments, and feedback loops that influence product and training improvements. It is suited to an independent facilitator who can explain complex deployment concepts to varied audiences and confidently lead customer sessions. Experience in public safety, law enforcement, enterprise integrations, or video and situational-awareness technologies would be especially valuable.
