Senior Engineering Program Manager

This position sits within Axon’s Engineering Program Management organization and supports the Conducted Energy Weapon product group. The manager will guide a complex hardware program involving electrical, mechanical, industrial design, software, firmware, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners. Responsibilities include aligning several workstreams, overseeing product reviews, resolving technical and cross-functional issues, and maintaining delivery, cost, reliability, and schedule targets. The role also owns the program budget and may require travel to vendors or manufacturing sites during development builds. It suits an experienced hardware program leader who is technically fluent, highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate onsite in Scottsdale four days per week.
