Senior Engineering Program Manager - Civilian

This position sits within Axon’s Engineering Program Management organization and oversees a complex hardware program involving electrical, mechanical, industrial design, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams. The manager will coordinate several workstreams, resolve technical and organizational dependencies, manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships, and keep the product on track for launch. They will also provide program updates to senior leaders and partner with Product Management on product decisions and trade-offs. The role is suited to an experienced hardware program leader who can manage budgets and schedules, communicate technical issues clearly, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. The position is based onsite in Scottsdale four days per week and may involve travel to manufacturing and supplier locations.
