Professional Services Manager II, Axon Air

This position supports Axon Air customers from early solution planning through implementation and long-term adoption. The manager will design deployment approaches, oversee complex UAS program rollouts, advise senior agency and technical stakeholders, and ensure integrations and FAA requirements are addressed. They will also deliver advanced training, document customer feedback, and help improve products and internal practices. The role operates independently while mentoring colleagues and coordinating with cross-functional teams, with no direct reports. It is well suited to an experienced professional services, technical deployment, or drone-program leader who is comfortable in high-stakes customer environments and traveling frequently.
