Senior Director, IT Business Solutions & Delivery

This leader will manage a 15-person organization spanning business solutions architecture, PMO, and QA, with responsibility for prioritization, capacity planning, delivery standards, and portfolio governance. They will work closely with executives and partners in Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, Engineering, Data, and AI to turn business strategy into measurable technology outcomes. The position also involves strengthening product-oriented delivery practices, improving automation and operational processes, and providing clear visibility into risks, progress, adoption, and impact. It suits an experienced technology executive who can lead through ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and balance strategic planning with hands-on operational judgment. Experience with enterprise systems and high-growth SaaS environments would be especially relevant.
