Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

This individual contributor role supports Axon’s US Federal, Corrections, and Justice sales segments as a strategic finance advisor. The position develops forecasts, bookings models, KPI reporting, and scenario analyses while helping leaders evaluate pricing, market expansion, investments, and complex deals. It works closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other partners to improve commercial performance and align execution with long-term plans. The role is well suited to an experienced finance leader who combines strong modeling skills with executive communication and influence. Candidates with commercial finance or FP&A experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or hybrid hardware-and-software businesses may be especially relevant.
