Principal Specialist, Contracts (Onsite)

This position oversees key contracting activities for spares, repairs, modernization, development, and obsolescence programs serving U.S. government, Foreign Military Sales, and subcontractor customers. The specialist will contribute to proposals, interpret and administer contract terms, support changes and customer correspondence, and address contractual or programmatic issues throughout performance. Working with portfolio and program leadership, the role also contributes to financial reviews, risk assessment, and successful delivery against contractual commitments. It suits an experienced contracts, program management, finance, procurement, or supply chain professional who understands government contracting and can collaborate effectively across technical and business organizations. The position is based onsite in Tucson and involves approximately 15% domestic travel, with an active DoD Secret clearance required.
