Factory Manager

This leader will oversee a large organization supporting advanced semiconductor process technologies and be accountable for manufacturing results across safety, quality, yield, productivity, cost, equipment performance, and output. The role works across technology development, engineering, supply chain, suppliers, and factory teams to move new technologies into stable high-volume production. It also includes improving automation and operational discipline while preparing the facility for future nodes and foundry customer needs. The position suits a highly experienced semiconductor manufacturing executive who has led complex organizations, owned yield and quality outcomes, and managed competing operational priorities. A strong technical background in semiconductor processes, equipment, and factory operations is essential, along with the ability to build accountable and inclusive teams.
