Operations Finance Specialist - Capital Incentives

The Operations Finance Specialist will join the Capital Incentives function and help provide financial oversight for government funding that supports Intel’s manufacturing expansion. The position involves forecasting incentive receipts, analyzing variances, preparing cash flow outlooks, and contributing to planning, close, audit, and compliance activities. The specialist will work with finance, accounting, operations, and executive stakeholders to improve reporting quality and communicate meaningful financial insights. The role is well suited to an early-career finance professional who is comfortable handling complex data, building models, and working across organizational boundaries. Experience with capital-intensive industries, grants, tax incentives, or manufacturing finance would be especially valuable.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of relevant finance, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance experienceStrong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced Excel skills and experience managing large data setsExperience with CapEx, fixed assets, or cash flow forecasting preferredFinancial modeling, executive reporting, or government incentives experience preferred
