TD Foundry Engineering Principle Engineer

This Principal Engineer will shape foundry technology development within Intel’s Logic Technology Development organization and lead complex customer programs across the semiconductor product lifecycle. The position combines strategic ownership of yield and performance roadmaps with oversight of NPI execution, predictive modeling, process integration, PDK quality, and far-back-end manufacturing readiness. It also acts as an executive bridge between fabless customers, Intel engineering groups, and senior management, resolving major technical issues and communicating program health. The leader will establish scalable operating practices, improve coordination across development, assembly, and test, and drive continuous improvement toward high-volume production. This opportunity suits an accomplished semiconductor engineering executive with deep foundry, yield, device, integration, and customer leadership experience.

Requirements

Master’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience or PhD with 10+ years in semiconductor or related engineering fieldsExtensive experience in semiconductor integration, device engineering, or yield engineeringAt least 10 years leading semiconductor yield and performance analysis or strategic engineering effortsDemonstrated success with yield modeling, projections, Pareto analysis, and long-term technology roadmapsExperience leading foundry organizations or senior collaborations with foundry customers and fabless design companiesStrong knowledge of inline inspection, E-test, SORT data, process integration, and executive customer engagement
