TD Foundry Engineering Principle Engineer

This Principal Engineer will shape foundry technology development within Intel’s Logic Technology Development organization and lead complex customer programs across the semiconductor product lifecycle. The position combines strategic ownership of yield and performance roadmaps with oversight of NPI execution, predictive modeling, process integration, PDK quality, and far-back-end manufacturing readiness. It also acts as an executive bridge between fabless customers, Intel engineering groups, and senior management, resolving major technical issues and communicating program health. The leader will establish scalable operating practices, improve coordination across development, assembly, and test, and drive continuous improvement toward high-volume production.
